Upon arrival, I was welcomed with open arms at the Elephant Court. The flower arrangements, refreshments, and hot towels truly made me feel special. The manager and staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. The restaurant experience was also outstanding, with delicious food that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend the Elephant Court for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing! We couldn't believe how close it was to shops and restaurants without being too noisy. The service in the restaurant was mind-blowingly good, with staff going above and beyond to cater to our needs. And let me tell you, the swimming pool was jaw-droppingly superb! It was huge and provided endless fun for both kids and adults. our stay at this hotel with our friends and family was an absolute blast, thanks to the AMAZING pool and fantastic service in the restaurant. We will definitely be staying here again!

The location of this hotel is excellent, with plenty of activities to do nearby such as jeep safari and elephant camps. The restaurant serves delicious, authentic Kerala food and the breakfast menu is extensive. The hotel is situated near the Periyar National Park and surrounded by a forest, providing a peaceful stay away from the noise of the town.

The customer service left much to be desired. Some staff members were unresponsive and unhelpful when asked about hotel amenities or local attractions.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast had a good selection and the Indian dishes were delicious. The location was very close to the Periyar National Park and on the lake. The staff especially took great care of my young child.

With their verandas and balconies, they offer the perfect spot to enjoy the tranquil surroundings and sip on a steaming cup of tea. As a nature-loving family, we found ourselves enchanted by the secret garden paths and stepping stones that led us to our cozy haven.

Personally, I found the decor in the room a bit outdated, but hey, everyone has their own taste, right?

We had a wonderful stay in the Periyar area. The hotel’s staff were very helpful and welcoming during our trip. The restaurant had a great selection and reasonable prices. We loved the Indian cuisine and how accommodating the staff were during jet lag. The gym had everything we needed and was usually empty. Plus, the "Abhyangam" oil massage was perfect after a long hike.

The rooms and furnishings were a bit outdated, but they were still quite spacious. The bathroom could use a little updating, and it was a bit inconvenient to keep the door closed due to monkeys.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, the staff was excellent, and the food was delicious, especially the buffet dinner and breakfast. The resort's location was convenient for exploring the main attractions, and they even organized a cultural show during our stay. The spa was also top-notch. a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

This hotel provided a luxurious and exclusive experience with its spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and garden area. The service was exceptional, providing us with entertainment, private facilities, and beach umbrellas. The restaurant had a variety of options, including special diet menus.

Our stay was marred by the lack of premium sports channels on the TV. Also, there were no sun loungers provided at the swimming pool.
